whats every one running for exhaust? myself i have an Aero Turbine 3030 muffler and resonator with 3 inch pipe all the way back from the cat. the sound is great, and its not to loud in the cab.

I have a set of shorty headers running into a high flow cat and then a flowmaster 40 series with side exit in front of the rear tire.

Flow-tech headers into 2.5" true duals through glasspacks no cats to 3.5" stainless tips behind the rear tires, and it's LOUD AS HELL!!!!! Chris

I am running 4inch from the turbo back ,no cat (04 didn'y come with one) through an aero turbine 4040 with aero turbine 5 in tip. Bocephus don't go with the Banks you can get the same quality cheaper. I have some video of it if i can get it on here i will here is the link hope it works www.putfile.com/billys04ctd

2.5 in. pipe from the converter back to turn down just past the rear end. Only loud when ya want it too be.

Now i have flowmaster 40s dumped after the mufflers, i plan to have it routed out the pass. side of the truck before the rear tires with 2 stainless steel exhaust tips 4" diameter and 22" long that i bought.

FM 40 SI/DO with 2.5" pipes running straight back out from under the reat bumper. Pipes are finished with magnaflow 3" X 18" stainless 15 degree slant cut tips.

3 inch pipe with 4 inch tips custom job by LOU'S CUSTOM EXHAUST in Reading. noisy little beastie. grrrrrrrrrr. They were wicked nice. They're asking me all the technical questions and I'm looking at them all confused, so then he dumbed it down for me: "you want it loud?" yup! "OK we'll make it REALLY loud for ya!" yay! and they did. What a happy story. I just need someone to do that regarding lifts now...."you want it big?" yup! Right now i have the stock exhaust with my muffler taken out and a straight pipe welded in place of it.... once all the liftin is said and done i have a set of jbl headers in my garage for my truck and i'm gonna run dual 3 inch from headers back with a set of flow masters... should sound good i hope
