Does anyone know what the biggest tire's i can put on with 3in body lift with new wheels standard offset (0) 16x8 w/4.5in back space i can test fit stuff but if anyone knows it will speed things up for me.

I have never owned a Blazer, but with a 3 inch body lift I would have to say 33's but they may rub a little if you are off roading.
Does Blazers have torsion bars? If so that would give you the extra room in the front and then a 2 inch block in the rear and you will be seet.

If you can post more info about your truck we could probably give you a better answer. What year, 4WD or 2WD, shortbed, etc...

Ok, I checked out a pic of that model and year. My friend had one like that a while back and ran 285/75 on stock rims with rub. BUT, he did not have a 3" body lift. I would think you will be ok with 285/75 tires. That is a pretty decent size tire and if you still have room when you mount them you could always try a little larger tires next time.
