I've got a 85' s-10 as a drag truck and I'm in the process of making it show quality and I've been working on the interior right now....
the exterior of the truck is red with a white and yellow wave set up on the sides i was planning on just making the interior grey.... it looks like sum one painted the door covers and dash before so i was wondering... should i try and get all that paint off the old pieces that were painted before i go ahead and spray the new paint?
and i was also wondering for all you guys out there who make it look really sweet looking and like it was done all professional how ya do it ??

If it was mine and I could bugget it in Id make the interior grey tweed. I had it done on a 64 Galaxy and it was sweet. I think if your gonna show it Id take the paint of and add agood base for the color so you would have a even look. Not much help but thats my 2 cents.

If the paint that is already on the pieces is not chipped, cracked, or peeling I would leave that has the base verses stripping it all off and starting from scratch, it should save you a lot of time when it comes time to prep and paint.
